Item: Antique Victorian/Edwardian Ornate Watch Fob.

Material: 18ct Gold Plated (Stamped “18ct Gold Patn”)

Overview: Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic antique watch fob featuring a stunning ornate foliage and scrollwork design. At the heart of the piece is a vacant cartouche (a blank shield), which has never been engraved, making it perfect for personalising with your own initials or gifting to a loved one.

Design & Detail:Artistry: Features deeply embossed floral and foliage patterns characteristic of the late Victorian era.

Construction: High-quality craftsmanship with a sturdy hanging loop, ready to be attached to an Albert chain, necklace, or charm bracelet.

Markings: The reverse is clearly stamped with the maker’s mark “S M E” inside three triangles and “18ct Gold Patn” (indicating a premium 18-carat gold plated finish).

Condition:This item is in lovely antique condition with a rich, genuine patina that only comes with age. There is very minor surface wear to the plating on the high points, which adds to its Victorian character and proves its age.
