Up for sale is a magnificent, rare antique English banjo-shaped home weather station dating from the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. Standing at an impressive 80 cm tall and weighing nearly 2.7 kg, this statement piece is beautifully constructed from solid, deeply grained oak. The neck features an enclosed glass vertical tube display tracking room climate scales. The prominent main center gauge dial displays traditional ornate typography mapping out conditions alongside an open visible window showcasing the intricate internal brass mechanism gears.
