Item History
The King’s Own Royal Regiment (Lancaster) was a historic line infantry regiment of the British Army, originally formed way back in 1680. Known as the “King’s Own”, they served with great distinction across major global campaigns, including a massive deployment during both World Wars. The iconic lion emblem is the ancient symbol of England, uniquely granted to the regiment for their loyalty.
