Size approximately 44 mm tall and 38 mm wide and lug to lug 30 mm…..I believe this to be an Original badge, in very good condition but showing genuine signs of age……. Please study pictures carefully to decide.

Key Features & Condition:
Design: Features the royal cypher of King George VI surrounded by a laurel wreath and the motto “Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense” (Shame on him who thinks evil of it).

Construction: High-quality bi-metal (brass center with a white metal wreath). This is a die-struck example with a hollow reverse, confirming its military-issued authenticity.

Attachment: Features the original twin lugs on the reverse.

Condition: In good vintage condition with a deep, genuine aged patina. It has not been cleaned or polished, retaining its original historical look from the 1940s.
