An exceptionally rare, original vintage theater season prospectus and program booklet for the University Civic Theatre (University of Denver, Colorado) covering their celebrated 1937-1938 Season. This interior view details the cast lists, characters, and production information for their 49th production, “Minick” by George S. Kaufman and Edna Ferber (December 1937), directed by Walter Sinclair. It also previews their historic 50th Golden Jubilee Celebration production of “Abraham Lincoln” by John Drinkwater (January 1938), starring Broadway actor Reginald Pole as guest star. A fantastic collectible for researchers of pre-WWII American regional theater, Denver local history, or classic stage drama.
