1969/1970 Friendly Match South Liverpool v Bolton Wanderers -14th April

Item description

The programme highlights the return of Roger Hunt to Merseyside. Hunt was a legendary striker for Liverpool, and his testimonial match in 1972 drew a capacity crowd at Anfield. After 11 years with Liverpool, he was sold to Bolton Wanderers in December 1969. The match program is a four-page issue. The game took place at Holly Park, South Liverpool’s home ground in Garston. Holly Park was closed down in 1989 and is now the site of the South Liverpool Parkway Railway Station

This lovely Original Programme remains in good condition considering its age. Please see the pictures as it forms part of the description.
