Up for sale is a rare and highly collectible piece of international avant-garde theater ephemera: the official 1997 Edinburgh International Festival program for Cegada De Amor (Blinded By Love), presented by the legendary Spanish theater troupe La Cubana.
Staged at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre during the festival’s milestone 50th-anniversary year, this celebrated production masterfully blended surreal live stage acting with interactive cinema projection. The cover artwork prominently showcases the show’s fictional 1960s child prodigy character, Estrellita Verdiales, in her iconic daisy dress and heart-shaped glasses.
