For sale is a 100% genuine, original British Army Staffordshire Regiment bi-metal cap badge. This is the sought-after heavy metal strike variant, NOT the common anodised aluminium (Staybrite) edition. The badge beautifully showcases the iconic brass Staffordshire Knot, cleanly surmounted by the white-metal Prince of Wales’s feathers, coronet, and the “Ich Dien” motto scroll.
For sale is a 100% genuine, original British Army Staffordshire Regiment bi-metal cap badge. This is the sought-after heavy metal strike variant, NOT the common anodised aluminium (Staybrite) edition. The badge beautifully showcases the iconic brass Staffordshire Knot, cleanly surmounted by the white-metal Prince of Wales’s feathers, coronet, and the “Ich Dien” motto scroll.
The reverse features its original, solid long vertical brass slider fixing fully intact, allowing it to easily slip into a standard beret or hat band.
Condition:
The badge is in excellent vintage/used condition with crisp detailing and a strong, straight rear slider. It features an uncleaned natural patina showing authentic service age. Please inspect the high-resolution front and back photographs to evaluate the exact cosmetic condition before purchasing.
