This is a beautiful, highly collectible vintage Italian Catholic religious medal badge issued by the U.A.L.S.I. organization for the Sant’Anastasia (Naples) chapter. The front showcases vibrant enamel work highlighting the classic green, white, and red shield of the Italian flag. The outer silver ring is crisply embossed with the initials and location names. Crucially, the textured back is fully stamped with the premier Italian maker’s mark “BERTONI MILANO”.
