Up for sale is an authentic vintage 1996 magazine poster page featuring former England international and Liverpool F.C. defender John Scales. The page comes hand-signed by John Scales in bold black marker ink right across the front center.
The vibrant full-page print captures the commanding center-back mid-match, sporting Liverpool’s legendary 1995–1996 Adidas “Equipment” home kit, explicitly detailed with the special “Wembley 1996” FA Cup Final embroidery below the club crest. History About the Item
This poster page captures John Scales during the peak of the “Spice Boys” era at Anfield under manager Roy Evans. Signed from Wimbledon’s famous “Crazy Gang” in 1994 for £3.5 million, Scales was a key defensive pillar for the club, helping them lift the League Cup in 1995 and reach the FA Cup Final in 1996. He made nearly 100 appearances for Liverpool before transferring to Tottenham Hotspur later in 1996.
