Description: Genuine Highland Light Infantry (HLI) Other Ranks Cap Badge
This is a superb, service-worn King’s Crown version (1901–1952) of the HLI badge, complete with its original attachment hardware.
Condition: Excellent reverse with both copper lugs fully intact.
Included: Comes with the original brass split-pin, which is often missing.
Design: Features the Order of the Thistle star, HLI monogram, “ASSAYE” battle honor scroll, and the elephant.
Material: Die-stamped white metal with a deep, uncleaned patina.
A “ready-to-wear” badge for a Glengarry or a perfect addition to a Scottish regimental collection.
