Item Description- Original Shropshire Yeomanry King’s Crown Cap Badge
A genuine, die-struck brass cap badge for the Shropshire Yeomanry, a storied cavalry regiment of the British Army. This badge features the classic King’s Crown (Tudor Crown) and the famous “Loggerheads” (three leopard faces) shield of Shrewsbury.
Regiment: Shropshire Yeomanry.
Era: King’s Crown (1902–1952), correct for WWI and WWII service.
Design: Central shield with three leopard heads within a circular title scroll.
Fitting: Includes the original long vertical slider on the reverse, solid and intact.
Reference: Cataloged as K&K 1415.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a deep, natural brass patina. It shows authentic age-related toning and minor verdigris on the reverse, proving its age and originality.
That is a must-have for any collector of British Yeomanry or Cavalry insignia.
