Description: This is a genuine British Army cap badge for the Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry (SRY). It features the classic “strung bugle horn” design, die-struck in brass with a natural aged patina.
Construction: One-piece die-struck brass.
Fastening: Complete with its original brass slider on the reverse for secure attachment to a beret or peaked cap.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The brass has a lovely darkened tone from age. No major damage or repairs.

History: The Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry were a distinguished cavalry unit that served with honor during both World Wars, notably in the North African and European campaigns.
