An exceptional piece of mid-century English football history. This is an original, authentic share certificate for The Derby County Football Club, Limited, issued on 22 November 1950. It bears the certificate number 820 and certifies that Frederick Walters of Derby was the proprietor of eleven shares.
The certificate features the club’s embossed common seal and original signatures from the club’s directors and secretary of the era. It includes notable historical manuscript updates, including a hand-drawn cross-out and a “22/6/73” cancellation date marker.
