Dennis the Menace and Gnasher are among the most famous and longest-running characters in British comic book history, debuting in DC Thomson’s legendary publication The Beano back in 1951 (with Gnasher joining in 1968). This official promotional item was manufactured by The Big Badge Co., a London-based producer known for making officially licensed character pins and corporate merchandise throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.
