Item Description- Vintage The Boys’ Brigade (BB) Field Service Cap Badge – White Metal
For sale is an original The Boys’ Brigade cap badge, the standard design used for the Field Service cap between 1927 and 1970. This is a genuine vintage piece, die-stamped in white metal (nickel silver) with a natural aged patina.
Design: Features the iconic interlocking ‘BB’ monogram set within a circular band reading “THE BOYS’ BRIGADE,” all mounted on an eight-pointed starburst.
Material: Authentic White Metal (not modern lightweight aluminum/Staybrite).
Fitting: Complete with its original two lugs (loops) and the brass split pin (cotter pin) still intact and functional.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The metal has a nice, honest age to it with crisp, clear lettering. Please see photos for the exact reverse detailing.
A perfect addition for collectors of The Boys’ Brigade memorabilia, youth organization insignia, or British social history.
