Up for sale is an Original Vintage Theatre Programme – Vandyck Theatre, University of Bristol
Up for sale is an original vintage theatre programme for a highly unique double bill production: “The Play of Saint Meriasek” (translated from the ancient Cornish by Edwin Norris) and “God’s Promises” by John Bale, staged by the University of Bristol Department of Drama.
This specific programme is an incredible find for collectors of early British acting ephemera. The interior cast list documents a very early, student-era performance by the acclaimed stage and screen actor Alan Corduner, credited here in the roles of Meriasek’s Father, Duke of Brittany, and The Dean!
