Era: WWI (Circa 1908–1920)

Material: White Metal (Die-Stamped)

Fixing: Two Original Twin Lugs (Loops) to reverse

Detailed Condition & Features:

This is a guaranteed 100% original British Army cap badge for the Berkshire Yeomanry. This specific “White Horse” design is a classic piece of British military history and is highly collectible.

Size approximately 27 mm tall and 52 mm wide and lug to lug 35 mm…….I believe this to be an Original badge, in very good condition but showing genuine signs of age……. Please study pictures carefully to decide.

Design: Features the iconic Uffington White Horse over a “BERKSHIRE” scroll.

Authenticity: This is a genuine die-stamped example with a hollow reverse and sharp definition. It is not a modern solid-back “restrike” or a cheap white-metal reproduction.

Condition: Excellent antique condition. It retains a deep, uncleaned white metal patina which collectors highly prefer over polished examples.

Reverse: The badge is complete with its original two-lug (loop) fitting on the reverse. The lugs are firm, intact, and show no signs of repair or replacement.
